They have an auction every day at 1030am . During covid they moved it outside which they had no choice . Now instead of bringing it back inside the building they leave you roasting outside In 90 degree weather so they can make more money . Nice way to take care of your customers NOT!

The staff is always great. I give them 2 stars because the prices is ridiculous high for simple stuff you can buy new.

They have lunch and dinner,if that's what you want to call it. We stayed in the shelter last night. No blanket no pillow. You Get a cot and a sheet in a open air shelter. We didn't sleep. We were too busy freezing our butts off. TSM SA !!!!

They do not want the homeless to succeed, it's so hot in some of the dorms or too cold in between the AC going off. The light go off and on in the so called tv room where you can eat if you can stomach the smell of the place. I am temporary there senior, disabled, and have light sensitivies they keep the light on in the sleeping room girls sitting on beds like zombies, and the recovering women they talk, and sound so weird, but I blame my hearing and half attention span for that. How can you work AC in Fort Lauderdale Florida is important as keeping mold at bay. Seems like mold is reigning supreme there. I feel for me right heart palpitations, running back and forth to the toilet, itching in nether regions man you can't place your tissue paper on the seat all the time it's not a happy place, but it's a bed off the street and they serve 3 meals if you can eat them. Cafeteria worker's seem nice, staff too but it's a donation situation so, make the best, I am laser focused now.

You have to be drug & alcohol free as they test for that
You must first see task Force ( 2 vans that pull up to various locations around town through out the week) call 311 to find out where they are going to be today, etc.Explain to them your problem and they if available will put you in Salvation Army program..keep positive ..and be patient..and remember public transport is free..or you can put your name on lottery list at front desk to sleep in back screened in area..must be up and out 530 am..
The drop off donation center just past 95 on Broward Blvd
Not really
Do not think so.
No visitation , just call the person at anytime and if they are threar they will come out. U can call or come at anytime.
With the Salvation Army you have to have a referral from another agency . Like Broward County Outreach. Call 211 they can tell you all the resources.
I'm sorry, I dont.
