Tom is wonderful to work with. He is very professional and attentive to the needs of his clients. My husband needed a lawyer in a short time frame and Tom didn't hesitate taking the case. The case had a terrific outcome. All in all; Tom is a beast!!

If you are looking for a attorney looked no further Tom Peterson is your guy. He is very very PROFESSIONAL and he knows his stuff and the laws extremely well. I would Highly recommend Tom to anyone in need of a lawyer.. Prices were very fair and he is very understanding and easy to work with..

I am so grateful That I chose the Petersen team to represent me. Tom Knew exactly what to do, and got me the best results possible. If you are in trouble, hire Tom ASAP, do what he recommends.

I hired Tom to represent me in court. He was very easy to talk to, he answered all of my questions, and he had everything prepared and ready to go for us when the date came. He knew everything I would need paper work wise to make for a smooth completion! He got me a deal that I was more than happy with in the end! I am beyond happy with my choice with Tom Petersen! 12 of 10 would recommend for anyone!

The Motion to Revoke has to be filed during the term of probation and you must be afforded a prompt hearing. The probation officer must show that they promptly tried to execute the warrant. Look at State v. Windels, 244 Neb. 30 (1993). The short answer is probably no.
