The absolute most failures I have ever seen. Sold a car and paid off lien hold, dmv sends out title with wrong name on it, then send it to the wrong address and now title cannot be found. Along this process we have been told different things on every phone call and nobody seems to know or care about what's going on. Now, we are having to pay for a duplicate title for their mistakes, unreal.

Worst DMV and rules. It took them 5 weeks to verify my status and the DMV doesn’t issues temporary licenses. The whole program is to overall frustrate the residents as much as possible.

In and out super fast! I went on a Thursday at 11am, no crowd, no hassle, very well organized.

The wait isn't great. But first thing is a worker checking you have all the documents you need, which is nice so you don't need to wait there for an hour to be told you need something and have to come back. The workers are nice and willing to engage in some conversation while you are at the counter. Once you're at the counter, the process goes pretty quickly.
