I am so happy to have chosen this place to live. Great and friendly staff, Murray (Property Manager) is so competent to comply requested suggestions. Price range fits my budget, only five minutes from the beach and Downtown Hollywood. It's a great placeeee!!!!!!!!

Park Cole was the best bang for my buck in Hollywood apartment searching. I give this place 4 stars because there's room for improvement but they have new staff and I have noticed positive changes here and there. The location here is very conveniently placed by a plaza with a supermarket and has a nice spot in a clean, friendly and safe neighborhood. Good choice to live in my opinion.

To me this is a ideal Hollywood location that I have enjoyed living in the past few years. It's convenient living right down the street from the supermarket and minutes from the beach. The office and staff truly care about all of us living in the apartments and take care of the place. Murry is always so kind and helpful. Moving in and out of apartments throughout the years has proven to be SUCH a hassle throughout the years and I really appreciate how much of a wonderful staff and complex it is that I had to show appreciation with a review as a thanks !!!

Hello Rodney at this time the only thing I have are Rooms. They come with microwave, mini fridge, and hot plate, queen size bed and all utilities included except cable T.V and Internet. They are $200.00 weekly and require a depost of $400.00. I do charge a non refundable application ofee of $100.00. Leases are required as well.
