I would like to take this moment to say I've been a resident here for almost Three years and would like to share, How please I am with the services that maintenance, Mr. Rodolfo and Mr. Perdomo have always done. They have always done great work, they maintain the property to its perfection. They are hard workers and very respectful and polite. I am very pleased with their fast actions to fixing any problem or service I need. They take good care of the community and its residents. They are very knowledgeable of their work and well educated to there profession. They are very caring for the community and their residents and pets. They deserve recognition for always fixing what ever problems the residents need and the community. The Monterra is a beautiful place to live and these two gentlemen play a big part in it. This is a nice looking property. Great location and good price for your pocket. Maintenance is great. However, it was such a shame that they built it with a bad ceiling. I had to listen to walking, dragging, and kids running above me the whole time I was leaving there. I tried to talk to management to fix it but they couldn’t obviously. I hated to move but I had to. Better luck to the next person

I love this place with all my heart. I lived here with my mom and sister and it’s my childhood place. Thank you for my home. People here are nice and i love the layout. It was small but I liked it. I basically lived here for most my life and I’m still young. I’ll call this my home forever.

Back in my day it was 700 deposit and 1st month rent to move into a 1bedroom and yes they are income restricted... I'm sure the price has changed by now though, its been about 3 years
