Love this park. Well maintained trails , tower has nice views and now they have more boat access. Most trails lead to a pavilion or a seating area. Nature center and gift shop is well maintained.

This place is great. They have a few nature trails you can walk , a tower with a wonderful view. However, they stopped doing the boat tour due to COVID and they are not sure when it will be up and going again yet. Other than that, I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys nature walks.

This is my second time in the over 20 years I have lived in Hollywood to visit. Why did I wait so long. Such a wonderful place...especially if you are in need of a dose of nature in the middle of a hectic city day. The exhibits are well done and more being put in. Great gift shop to support the center and of course the nature trail. Not much wildlife activity when I was there except for one Osprey Circling but the walk to the waters edge on the trail was nice. I also recommend going up to the observation deck. You can take stairs or the elevator to get there for a majestic view of the surrounding area. I remember now I visited last time in the summer. No mosquitoes. Totally delightful.

We visited today, 9/19/21 for the 1st time and we really liked it. We just saw one part of the park. The view from the Observation Tower was really nice. We loved that they have an elevator since my mother in law has an electric scooter. It was a good experience.

I think they charge an entrance fee to the park just on weekends isn't it? I think through the weekdays it's free parking. They do have an exhibition Hall at the Anne Kolb Nature Center on the north entrance that I believe is $2 to get into. But you can walk the grounds for free. I'm not sure about the West Lake Park where the kayak rentals and canoe rentals are on the south entrance across the street is, but I imagine it's the same which is standard policy in Broward County Florida. Usually it's free to get in during the weekdays and they charge on holidays and weekends.
Yes it is very accessible all over, including thé boat ride
Trolly will go down A1a. Not sure if it goes into the park.
I think there are signs that say no pets
Only if the iguanas hunt you back
Nope... No Monkeys just lots of iguanas and they don't harass anybody either they just make for interesting visual entertainment
Yep!
I believe Google maps can show you that. I had a ride there.
It is best to ask people in the visitor center how they are trained to spot particular wild animals in the area.
Do not know. Check website or call
Free on weekdays, $1.50 a person on Sat, Sun and hollidays.
West lake park for kayaks right before Ann Kolb on south side
