I think they charge an entrance fee to the park just on weekends isn't it? I think through the weekdays it's free parking. They do have an exhibition Hall at the Anne Kolb Nature Center on the north entrance that I believe is $2 to get into. But you can walk the grounds for free. I'm not sure about the West Lake Park where the kayak rentals and canoe rentals are on the south entrance across the street is, but I imagine it's the same which is standard policy in Broward County Florida. Usually it's free to get in during the weekdays and they charge on holidays and weekends.
Every day the entrance is free , the only things that you must have to pay is for a ride on a boat , and it is $ 5.00 dollars per each person , and anything that you want to buy like t- shirts at a small store that the park has . Everything else ( parking , exhibitions, etcetera ) , are completely free .
We just went on a Sunday, no charge for anything (parking, trails, exhibit). Just a donation box.
Parking is free all the time
Yes. You can make a donation if you wish. You will have to pay for certain event's.
Just on Saturday and Sunday you have to pay one and a half dollars each person.... Other days it's free..!!
We went during th day, and the visitor center and the trails were free. There are some events that cost, but we had plenty to do and see on just the trails.
On weekends there is a $1.50 per person charge. Max $6.00 per car. Some activities extra.
