How many sites do you need I have a mobile home for sale and it's double wide 3 bedroom 2 bath on the water 75,000 I have to porches outside a long porch on the side and a short one on the front
As of now july 2019 the lot rent is $812.74 which is high, but the other surrounding parks are about the same price. But it has been going up $30 anually every 18 + months. I moved here in 2003 and the lot rent was $357.00.. As of march 2020 it will be going up another $30
