Gorgeous place to take photos at sunset/dusk. Lots of folks take baby, quince, engagement pics here. Lots of open space for a picnic or just to hang out and play games. There is a large open air jungle gym for kids, with slides, tunnels, etc. A few gazebos for and benches sprinkled around. There is a huge windmill in the middle of the field that makes for good photo ops as well as a long wooden farm fence...plus an old bell, lots of trees and tree lined trails, wild flowers, jasmine trees that perfume the air, etc. This place is great, a lot to see here! Main-house for rental for party or reception. This place seems pretty popular, there is always a function happening there. Davie PD is on site when there's a wedding or such event (I don't know if that is standard or by request). Good trails for a few hours of walking. I would definitely use bug-spray before going, lots of mosquitos and critters when its getting dark, especially along the trail. I would not go alone here either, some hours can be very lonely and I have never seen a park ranger or staff on site. Wear closed toe shoes, uneven terrain and watch out for horse poop. If you take the entire trail down to the end, you get to walk along a farm/garden, and through the fence you see lots of fruit trees, peacocks, ducks, etc. I would not go here after the rain, looks like it would get very messy, very fast! Lots of parking space, which is free of charge. Entrance to the park I believe is always free, I've never seen anyone there charging nor any signs regarding pricing. You will love this place if you like to relax in the outdoors or to get that super cool sunset photo for your special occasion or instagram feed.

A quiet little park with children's play area, gazebos, horse riding. Had designated restrooms and walking trails. Free entry and closes at sunset.

Sadly it became an overcrowded park. It used to be a hidden gem in Davie. The preserve is gorgeous, there is no entrance fee to pay. When you go you will always see people doing photo shoots and people horseback riding. There is a well sized playground with shade for kids 5-12. The pavilions by the playground are small, good for up to 6 people. For events there are three neat areas: - A pretty Lodge that provides privacy with kitchen and fireplace. - A large pavilion that can be rented for parties. - A gazebo with the beautiful park background also for rent. The preserve is managed by the city of Davie. Any of the rentals are done through the city and it is booked several months in advance.

You would still have to keep your dog on a leash but there's is plenty of land and trails to walk through.
Depending on how you set up the tables you can get 70-75
