Edit: I asked about vacancies, availability and pricing which any normal person would ask when apartment hunting but now the owner is blaming the caller for being rude for asking such questions? Hah. “Not interested in learning?” Simply asking questions is considered rude now apparently. Anyone that ignores and lies about what you say and turns it around to make themselves the victim is gaslighting. Anyone reading this please stay far way. Called recently to ask about vacancies and unit availability but the receptionist interrupted me in the middle of speaking saying “I’ll be the one asking questions, ma’am.” And she proceeds to ask me if I qualify to live there asking about age and income as such. Very rude and bad manners. What does my age have to do with anything? It’s not age or income restricted so I don’t see why it would be question that needs to be asked in the first place. When I asked about pricing she was very hush hush about it, and refused to answer it directly, only saying the 1/1 starts at $1600 and the 2/2 starts at $1800 but not exactly the amount. I don’t understand why that was so hard to answer and the only reason I can think of would be that they are telling everyone different prices. First impression was bad enough so I would imagine it’d be only worse if I lived here. Beware if anyone is considering this place.

Not able to get ahold of anyone to speak to on the phone for availability, I've contacted once yesterday and left a voice mail. Called this morning left a voice mail and its now 3pm and I left a voice mail. This is really frustrating 😤 I'll change my rating once I speak to someone

DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, RACIST, Lisa talks to tenants as if they are her children so I had to put her in her place. Please stay away from these con artist they are such liars, they never fix things, and are very, very rude do believe the negative reviews all of them are TRUE !

I have lived at Lomar for 13 years and for 13 years they have never gave me an increase in rent. That is very generous on their part because other companies give increases annually. My duplex is very spacious, I never had any problems with roaches or rats. The staff always treated me with respect and professionalism.

Hi: Sorry for the delay in response, we have been in the process of revamping office procedures and completed installation of a new software system. We do cooperate with Realtors, We pay a 4% commission on an apartment rental. Our list of available apartments is always changing. We primarily have 1/1 and 2/1 apartments but also have studios and 2/2 apartments. We have 2/2 duplexes with a few 3/2 duplexes and houses. All of our units are in Hollywood. Tenants must complete and submit our application .and $100 per adult by money order for credit & background check (including criminal and prior evictions).
