Used to go here for psychiatric treatment, came back 3 years later for TMS, and I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of care here. I strongly suggest prospective patients do their research before deciding on a psychiatrist for medication management or for TMS. I really hope things turn around. Most of the staff are very kind and I respect Dr. Duffy’s expertise, although I do wonder if I as a patient am as important as the checks they get from my insurance.

EXCELLENT psychiatric and medical care, and the pharmacy goes above and beyond!! However, the billing department is not great. They have messed up with my account multiple times over the last couple years, and have issues with communication. Despite the billing department’s incompetence, it’s worth going there.

I’ve been seeing Kristi and Jen for quite some time now. They are amazing professionals and have helped me with getting my general health and anxiety/depression under control. They both take the time to listen and give thoughtful advice and medical guidance. It’s always a pleasure to meet with either of them and I look forward to many more years of choosing Alivation for myself and my family in the future. Scheduling appointments has been tricky due to their call wait times and inability to schedule online, but given the current state of the pandemic, I’m overall satisfied with the experiences gained thus far. Hoping for more locations as well.

I have been going to this office for years, in the beginning it was great. But it seems to be going downhill. Now, there's almost always a really long wait just to schedule an appointment, also you have to have an appointment just to get your prescriptions filled and now they are charging anywhere from $20-$50+ just to fill out a form for you! Also most of the new receptionists are rude (except Sophia and Jen, They are awesome!). UPDATE: I was able to speak to them about several of the issues I've been having, and they were able to straighten them out! I REALLY do like Dr. Duffy as my Doctor, He listens and he's been the only one to figure out several issues I was having and the correct medications for me! Also Rosalie in medical records is amazing!! She has gone above and beyond for me! They may still have a few issues but they are working to improve them daily!
