Very happy with using O'Brien for HVAC servicing and maintenance. Our AC went out, and I have a service contract with them. Tyler arrived the same day, within 2 hours of my call. He identified the issue quickly and was fast and professional to repair it. O'Brien is great and Tyler is the man!

I'm surprised that you all are repeatedly asking for feedback. I didn't write a review right away because I was waiting to see if O'Brien would contact me regarding the stair tread which was broken in half by your technician running down the stairs inside my house. Obviously, accidents happen and I understand that, but I would have expected that I would have at least received a phone call. Guess I'm on my own. I would not recommend O'Brien based on this experience.

Our HVAC unit stopped working, so we called O'Brien. Tom came out to talk through different units and pricing. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We were lucky enough to have an install within a week. The installers were extremely friendly and professional. At the end of the install, they walked us through the new thermostat and made sure we were comfortable with no further questions. I highly recommend O'Brien to anyone in the market for an HVAC system. This company is A++. I simply cannot say enough about our seamless experience!
