If you want to get and stay in great shape and learn practical self-defense techniques this is the place! The people at Moore MMA are all really friendly, helpful, and encouraging. The instructors are very down to earth, have decades of knowledge and experience, and the private lessons are affordable. Highly recommended!

Though we hope to add kids classes in the future, our current group classes are geared towards adults. We do have a few teenagers with experience who attend occasionally. Private lessons however are a case by case situation and we've had students as young 7.
Group classes are geared towards adults. Private lessons are case by case. If you are interested in privates for children, it's best to contact the gym by phone for discussion.
