Great place to learn kickboxing. All of the instructors are kind and very informative.

I've been working out and active my whole life. and joined just about every type of gym. Spin clubs, HIIT studios, regular gyms, and the list goes on... I even ran, a LOT! Races, 1/2 marathons, you name it! BUT... I never REALLY got any results. I put in the reps...and the time. Changed my diet. Put in MORE reps. But I always seemed to hit a wall... It was like my needle was stuck at 75%. Then I discovered TopTier gym. Completely by accident. and EVERYTHING changed. I started to lose fat. Gain muscle. Build confidence. and before I knew it, a whole new me was emerging. Something that was there all along, but dormant. The workouts are fun, but intense. The instructors are knowledgable, passionate, and committed to your journey and growth. There is community. A sense of belonging. It's everything a gym should be. I couldn't recommend TopTier enough. 5 stars +

This was the second time my 3 year old daughter, Ember, was able to come to the Saturday kids class. Usually it's 5 and up, but Jaime has so much patience with the kids that she was able to get Ember involved. She LOVES mimicking the big kids and has a blast! It was cool to see that the classes change from week to week so kids learn a lot of different techniques.
