Tommy’s review of two years ago leads directly to one of two assumptions. One, he is a teenager and this was his first visit to a beach and mentally challenged or, two, he is a teenager and kills animals whenever he can and he is more mentally challenged in a destructive way. I don’t live on Oak Island but in the many times I have been there, I have never met more friendly people or cleaner beach or cleaner streets. Tommy might need some help from mommy and daddy with coping with life.
