Currently, the PHA maintains a bulletin board of currently available units advertised by landlords and a list of landlords that may be willing to working with a family that has a housing choice voucher.

I have recently received a volunteer and I need info on what is avalible in the Pender county for a one unit house hold, preferably a 2 or 3 bedroom trailor or house.

HUD guidelines require informal hearings for certain situations, but not others. For those situations not covered by the rules regarding informal hearings, the PHA gives families other opportunities to have concerns reviewed. However, the burden is always on the family to ensure reporting is done accurately and time. All information provided must be true and complete.
