I've always had great service using Sears Appliance Repair. It's super easy to schedule, reschedule (if needed) and communication on timing is great. The service repair people are always super experienced and honestly provide diagnostics, estimates and solid advice.

The technicians are doing good services. However, the Searshomeservices.com portal layout is terribly inadequate with no way of communicating with them after the schedule is set except cancelling the appointment. They should at list show the ways of contacting them AFTER the scheduling is done for any other issues or concerns so to make sure the following visits will be successful. For my case it took me 4 appointments to get the job completed (and 2 diagnostic fees) due to lack of proper communicating channel with them.

service was timely and efficient. Dryer belt had to be ordered that that came within two days. Problem: Was not given a recent after the repair so I don't know what the exact charge was and what it was for. My repair number is 00710845063969.
