Nice clean place to transition on your public transportation routes, extremely friendly staff. The only negative about this location is sometimes Ventura County sheriff's show up inadvertently and start harassing people who appear to be homeless, although they are simply ttransfering buses just as everybody else.

The facility is clean and improvements seem to be made on a regular basis. I loved that the pricing was posted and the route information is available via pamphlets. The staff did not provide accurate information about the passes however. I was lucky enough to have a gentleman that overheard the misinformation provided approach me after and give me the correct info. While the staff was not rude, her general attitude when deliver the service was subpar.

This is a very wonderful transit system for Thousand Oaks I use the purple line near my home to get around town and I have numerous stops all on this one line alone. There are numerous other lines that go all around Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks and get me close to where I want to go to do my shopping and convenient hours

The drivers were really nice and if you have a bike they will put it on the front of the bus! Awesome.
