It’s great for kids (& adults who want to jump)! The boys have been running, climbing, jumping and playing dodge ball for two hours straight. Not one complaint of boredom - it’s worth the daily rate. Plenty of parking, seating is spread out, bathrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly, helpful and engaging with the kids!

I bring my grandkids every summer break and stay all day long. Do I bring them today and they changed their rates. No all day pass anymore. Now it’s 20.00 for 2 hours. From now own I will be driving them to Wilmington to Defy gravity, they have all day passes for 20.99. Last day to jump at Altitudes.

So I've read some of these reviews. I do not agree about the bad customer service. I will be the first to say, the customer service we received was beyond phenomenal. From the front desk to the ladies watching the trampoline spaces; everyone was wonderful, promt and so nice. Stevie was our party host. And let me tell you, her enthusiasm, smile and above and beyond attention was everything. She was absolutely fantastic! I could not have asked for better. I dropped off the table decorations the day before. She nailed it! It was perfectly done! She was so personable and fun. She was adamant about doing all the work to make it as stress free as possible for us. Making all the announcements to get the kids together for pizza and cupcakes. She was on my waive length every step of the way. Knew what I wanted before I even had to ask. She made our experience, one we'll all remember. I highly recommend Altitude for your kids bday party. Make sure you request Stevie as your host. You will not be disappointed! ❤ Stevie, if you read this, words cannot express how much we loved and adored you! Thank you so very much for literally everything! You're such a Damn Rockstar! You will be the reason we come back, not just the passes. 🥰

This place is nice but one thing they could change is to no be greedy. So when we got here we just wanted to bring in 2 water bottles for the kids cause they drink a lot of water but we weren’t allowed and told we had to buy there water and I understand it’s a business but with 4 people we were going to need more then 2 water bottles. With is being $60 just to get in did they really need the $8 for all of us the have water.

I think the same price
Normally, Monday and Wednesday from 10-1 is toddler time. It's a great deal, but I'm not sure how it works with 3 kids.
On their website or contact them through their Facebook page.
It is suitable for all ages!
Any age is avalible to jump and have fun!
In between 15 to 20.00 for 2 hours
You must purchase their socks. When we brought our own that were bought at another park, They refused service.
I dont believe there is a weight limit. Everyone is welcome to come and jump. If you are talking about toddlers, there is toddler time. Just check their website
They're still open
Yes
Maybe yes
2 and under is free 3-6 is 8.95 for one hour 7+ is 13.95 for one hour This doesn't include socks
Check out the website or facebook page. Sometimes they post specials at random.
I took my daughter and her friend on a Sat afternoon. I paid for 2 hours it was $20 for each. Plus a pair of their socks which was $2 each. The girls are 14 and 15. I think the 1 hour price was $12 or $13. Hope that helps.
I paid $20 for my daughter to jump for 2 hours. I think one hour of jump time is like $13 or $14 per child. You pay by one hour increments. And if it's your first time you have to purchase their special socks. I think they are $2. We were just there a month ago.
7 to 11 . 18$ 2 slices of pizza and 1 bottled of water . Socks not included .
I know that for an adult it was $15 for an hour. So worth it :) Children, Im sure, are less.
It wasnt much around 10 or so

Call and ask the supervisor on duty, I do believe you're allowed however they like to know who is coming to set up a sale. Just in case someone else will be there, don't want to step on others toes.
Yeah I believe it's 20 and for military it's 18, for 1 hour it'll be like 15$ and military 13$ best time to go is all day for like 20$ that is Saturday, Sunday or Monday's. The younger the child the less it is (I think) best thing to do is call. Look to spend around 20$
Its included in the regular price but there is a height requirement
If you mean what time does it close, the hours are posted on the website.
I would assume the staff would find on clean up, and place it in lost and found.

They do have party deals on their website.
The website tells you. It varies depending on how long you stay. There are also great deals that include pizza. I think it starts around $11.00.
