This was my first experience in a rehabilitation center and I was very pleased. All the staff were friendly, caring , and knowledgeable. I would like to mention a few by name; Melissa,Jane, Ken in PT, Jen inOT , Frank, Juicy, and many others. Betty in housekeeping is excellent. The food was very good , except the desserts when they were not fresh fruit. I had watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe which were very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Brunswick Cove to anyone needing rehabilitation services. My apologies to the ones I didn’t name. The staff worked well together and I appreciate all the wonderful care I received while there. I would not hesitate to recommend their service and return there again myself if their services were needed.

This place is absolutely terrible. Staff is very inconsiderate, hateful and un concerned about the care of their patients. If you care about your loved ones, never ever leave them here. I would leave a negative rating if I could.

If you value your life or the life of your loved ones, whatever you do ,don't admit them to Brunswick Cove the worst mistake that you could make is to trust this facility or it's owners to provide safe ,decent humane care to anyone .my husband is no longer alive because I made the mistake of taking him there after he left rehab ,suffering a stroke. he recuperated from the first stroke,the second, he was left untreated for several hours until it was too late.

I had such a amazing experience at Brunswick Cove. I was a patient on the rehab unit for 7 weeks. They truly became my family. Everyone was so attentive from the nurses, the aides, the doctors, my therapist, and the administrative personnel. Any time I needed something, it was handled promptly. My room was swept, mopped and disinfected daily, which is way more than I can say for the hospital. At the age 36 (shattered hip socket), you never want to hear you have to go into a nursing home..... but God truly put me where I needed to be with the best care possible. Thank you so much station 5.
