I had made my husband 3 appointments during his tour home and we show up today to find out that we don’t have an appointment or it was canceled without being notified. Thank you for wasting our time. The receptionist also wasn’t sympathetic. I had made THREE appointments for a reason. We’re very disappointed with how the situation was handled. You don’t just cancel appointment on someone when someone made an appointment and NEEDS HELP! What a great first impression - NOT.
