Took like 15 minutes to get my passport with an appointment

Went to get an acceptance agent for my passport today at 12:30 and I’m not sure who’s shift it was or what her name was but the older lady at the desk was being very rude to a family in front of me and as of me. She was very short and snarky. She apologized for being “grumpy” but it was kind of humiliating the way she talked to me in front of people around. I wasn’t very happy as she pushed my application back to me and persisted to say “I don’t know who you’re working with but this is a scam” when rushmypassport for fedex is not.

There is a very good statue of a fallen soldier and his wife. The statue is bit hidden due to the trees and difficult to find. Once you find it right in front of the Sandy city hall it's a pleasant surprise.
