Though they are the only Jeld-Wen dealer in the Salt Lake County area, they will not sell or install replacement Jeld-Wen windows. BMC told me they only work with builders for new installations so they can get the high volumes they offer. BMC showed little interest in helping me get a replacement window and even the referrals they provided me were not willing to install a window similar to mine. So if you're a property owner with Jeld-Wen windows and want to purchase and install a replacement window, you're out of luck with no legitimate alternatives. Even if you're looking for many new windows, I would stay away from any company that has this kind of attitude. I'd give them 0 stars if it was possibl;e.
