The prices are great for the size of the units... The only downside is the man who runs the place; he seems a little creepy. Him and the lady (I enjoy talking to this woman) are very kind, but when my fiancé and I first moved our stuff in, the gentleman stood there and watched. I, as a woman, just felt a little uncomfortable. I try to justify his means, as in maybe he just wanted to make sure us young "kids" weren't putting anything in the unit we weren't supposed to... However, I have always listened to my intuition, and I was just all around uncomfortable, which is the reason for the 1 star. I truly don't like going to the storage unit without my fiancé because of this. Again, they are great prices, kinda nosey, but very kind!! Also, they take like 3 hours (12-3 I believe, don't quote me) for lunch time, but are in the office..... BUT we're not allowed to get our key and go into our unit??

Went there twice to pay are bill, however the person was gone during the day? Customer service please, no drop box ? For after hours?

Storage units are nice for the price. But the staff are a little creepy. They watch u walk in and out of the storage. They ask u what ur bring in to storage and what ur taking out. There is zero privacy in this storage area. It's bad enough we have to check In and out with them but to have to deal with someone watching u as ur trying to deal with ur items is a little to far. They also watch u out their window. They always seem to know what u have in ur storage witch is a little weird.
