We purchased a 2021 F350 with 9600 miles on it from Cliff Bell at Lithia Ford Lincoln of Roseburg on Monday 7.11.2022. We drove the 250 miles home and noticed they had switched the tires on the truck. These tires the dealership has placed on the truck and stated the tires are fine according to their service department. Well, these were manufactured March of 2015. Making them 7.5 years old. Who expects to purchase a 2021 vehicle with expired tires on it? We should have checked the date on them before we purchased this truck, but we didn't. And now the dealership will not respond to our texts or emails. We have requested the email address of the manager and general manager and received no response. We have reported them to the attorney generals office. Unsafe business practices. We cannot use this truck to haul our camper. That was the reason for this purchase. The tire shop says they will not repair a flat on these as they are too old. And the sidewalls are weathered, And damaged.Please do your due diligence BEFORE you purchase your vehicles from this dealership. Sorry Wayne you will not return phone calls. Please see pictures of damaged sidewalls... you are not being truthful in your public response. The photo of the sidewall number... that is the manufacture date of.the tire. 11th week of 2015.... clearly expired! Last three photos are of the truck in our shop... please zoom in to see damage of sidewall.

GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY!! I went in to buy a new car and found a great Kia soul. Process was fast and found me a great car and good monthly payments despite my credit being slightly below 600 (but had to provide a 10% down payment of $1,300). Drove it off the lot and it stopped accelerating on the freeway. They towed it back, took 3 days to get the parts, and they gave me a rental car till it was fixed. They seemed to care to make it right. Make sure you are fully covered. I received a rental car because I asked, make sure you do that if you ever have a problem. But our situation was rare as usually they don't have problems. Chris was our salesman and he is awesome. **Update** Lithia is still allowing us to use the rental car and currently the car is getting a new engine, as there was a recall notice. The process takes about two months but increases the value of our car. I can't praise this place enough. Please don't go to smaller car sellers. We found out other dealers take ones lithia rejects and make them look nice. Beware of smaller dealers!

Staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile. The atmosphere of the dealership is very comfortable and even the other clients waiting in the service department always seem relaxed. You can tell that this dealership definitely goes above and beyond to give you more of an "at home" feeling.

Really not impressed with their appointment process. It was an all around hassle as the app did not work nor did the website. It took a while to get a call back to finally get scheduled. When I went in no one really went over anything it was very short and cold experience. What I came in for and talked with the rep about was not fixed. I work with toyota dealership and have never had a bad experience. I just bought a car from ford here and this is my first appointment for the oil change since I paid for the lifetime oil changes. My mistake

It may just be you need to fill the gas tank slower. The newer cats seem to build up air in the tank if you try to fill to fast.
