The employees of Ashley Furniture in Roseburg are super friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. Especially the mattresses. I was super impressed. The store manager Brandon is very friendly and knowledgeable as well as Collin my sales rep. I will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase more furniture.

While I love my furniature I purchased thier promotions are a scam. I was told I would have 4 payments on them as a promotion. I waited 3 months for my furniature to be delivered and then recieved my bill with zero promotion taken off the total. I called the store and was informed it would come in the form of a visa. Never recieved a visa. I have spoken with a few managers over the phone and in person who agree I should have recieved the promotion but have neglected to take care of the matter. I have been promised phone calls withe resolutions from corporate, managers, and other associates that never come thru. The promotion was the only reason I purchased from this store and yet I was scammed. I should have purchased from Amazon. Never again will I do business with Ashley Homestore.
