The Service Advisor was seriously the most efficient and customer service driven person I've encountered in ages. Incredibly helpful, no-nonsense, get-it-done attitude. As a woman, I'm more used to experiences where the service manager or tech assumes I have little experience with automotive repairs. I didn't encounter even a hint of this. She listened, assessed, got me in right away, and then promptly called with a diagnosis and got me on my way. She made a customer for life with a 15 minute exchange.

Hey folks. I gotta give these folks 5 stars for their service. I was picking up a new trailer in Roseberg and found out my truck had a cracked/split trailer receiver that was about to fall off...way dangerous! So I called Lithia Dodge at 1PM in the afternoon, they had the part I needed and fit me into their service bay for a quick replacement in under an hour and I went back to the trailer dealer and picked up my new trailer. These folks saved the day and I can't say enough about how nice they were. Highly recommend.
