The first lady I met on front desk was very polite. I got a room and it was the most disgusting room I ever had. I asked if I can be move they said no cus they were booked. The room looked like the just threw some clean towels and sheets on it. One of the beds the sheetd had a shoe print on it. the pull out couch was filty bathroom unsweaped. U can see pubic hair on the bathroom floor. That Is ridiculous and we payed over 100 bucks. Most definitely I would never go back.

I normally stay at the comfort inn in Radford Va. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out for the day I was looking for. Instead, I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Dublin Va. I was disappointed in the condition of the room when I arrived. The room wasn't completely cleaned when I went to the room. The coffee maker still had old coffee grounds in the maker and the coffee pot wasn't cleaned. Further, the bed appeared to have been slept in. Sheets didn't appear to have been changed.

We arrived into the room and it looked like the room wasn’t cleaned. The sheets had stains on them. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The room smelled like mold. We won’t be staying here again. This was a horrible experience!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! All the staff were extremely kind and caring made my family feel like we were at home. Stephanie (which is the lady at the front desk) seeing that I had a baby and offered me a pack and play which I thought was very kind and considerate. Linda (which also was the lady at the front desk at night ) was also very kind and I enjoyed speaking with her. Room was great, my wife and I got the suite with a Jacuzzi tub in it and my wife and I were able to get in the Jacuzzi tub comfortably. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Woke up for breakfast the next morning and there was a gentleman named Tim that was also very kind. Great staff. I highly recommend this hotel. I will be back for Valentine’s Day with my spouse. Thank you for the hospitality.
