If I could I would give 1 star but this star can be for great location. This was very unpleasant stay. First morning someone came into our room at 6:30am even though it was locked and latch was closed but it obviously doesn’t work, luckily we have a dog so she started barking right away and until I got up there was nobody in the hall. Also I didn’t feel safe because windows on the ground floor rooms are not locked. It’s very old hotel it smells bed when you get into the room even though is clean but you feel stale smell furniture has a lot of old stains and it’s very very old. Second morning I went to front desk to ask for 2 towels since first night and 2nd night we used only 2 we had in room and this lady was very unpleasant! She was very unhappy that I am asking for towels and told me that I have to put the dirty ones in front of the room in a very rude way. also on the checkout morning, the lady who cleans the room asked me 3 times when we will check out already from 8am she started which made us feel very uncomfortable. Also both days at breakfast the pitcher with hot water had lukewarm water I asked for hot and didn’t get it. I stayed in more than 10 different Quality Inns around US there was only 1 in Alabama that is worst than this one. There is 2 other hotels just down the road and those were fully booked so next time if I come here I wouldn’t stay in this Quality Inn and I wouldn’t recommend it.

So. The hotel felt safe, and the AC worked. However, the entire place smells like a catbox. Literally like cat litter. Also, every surface in the room was sticky. The outside of the fridge looked like someone had spilled soda all over it. The tub wasn't clean. There were mud streaks, and hair. There was also hair on the toilet, and you know the kind I mean. I called the front desk twice, no answer either time. Breakfast was there. But the biscuits they had were so hard I suspect they were from four days ago. For 103 a night I expected more. But the wifi was fine, the beds were clean, and not terrible.

11 out of 10 stars clean and secure! Friendly staff! I am 6 months pregnant also had our 16 month along with my husband and I so secure and clean is a must ! I was very impressed and happy with true stay , didn’t use the wifi so I’m unsure on that . The rest was great ! Thanks to all ! Had a great Easter weekend with family and enjoyed our stay we were very comfortable and felt safe and the cleanliness I’m very picky about !!! His hotel was above standards! Thank you to the staff ! God bless !

First thing when I walked in the door, it reeked of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Rooms are very dated but have necessities for a night. The bathroom was not clean whatsoever - bathtub and sink were visibly soiled and filled with hair. They did move us to another room and apologized - apparently a staff member went home sick. The second room, smelled much better and there was no noticeable cigarette smell. The bathroom was even worse than the first room - visible feces all over the toilet, hair covering bathtub and sink. I had sanitizing wipes and cleaned it up enough for us to get some sleep but would not recommend at all.
