I drive a truck and they were nice enough to let me come in to wash my hands after posted dinning room hours. I really appreciated that and they would have got 5 stars if not for the fact they put chicken nuggets instead of my McDoubles. Partially my fault. Didn't check order till back to truck and too tired to go back. Besides fries would have been cold by the time it was resolved. At least the nuggets were tasty. Thanks again for at least treating a tired trucker with a little dignity.

Fries were cool and soft, mushy. Kinda like if you were trying at home and you didn't let the oil heat up to temp or didn't fry long enough. These fries weren't the result of sitting forever, but just not cooked long enough. 5 large fries was a huge waste of money.

Putting someone on front who barely speaks English, much less understand it being spoken to her... FAIL! Also, the guy who chose to come ring people up and complain that if a SIGN wasn't put up for the PEOPLE to ask for their own cup once they ordered it....Well, he's just LAZY and not wanting to do his job! Which is to HAND OUT CUPS WITH ORDERS THAT COME WITH CUPS! He had the nerve to say he was about to "GO OFF!" If he had to deal with giving them their cups after they ordered. Where do you all find these people!??? Idc if he wants to do his job or not....Pretty sure that's WHY you all got the raise you wanted! This was yesterday at 4pm. He knows who he is. I would say more.....but it would just offend due to stereo types. Get your act together McDonald's! Hand out cups with orders, and do your jobs!!!!!

I'm a big McDonalds fan, but this was one of the poorer experiences I've had at any of the many McDs I've been to. I'll be brief. No one was taking orders at the counter, despite customers lined up for that purpose. Two of the four kiosk ordering screens were inoperative (black screen with a message saying a reboot was needed), and the other two screens had lines. I got the attention of a manager and told him about the kiosks and asked if someone could take orders at the counter. He said he would later but "I'm only one person." We waited in line at one of the working screens and finally ordered. The food (two McDoubles, coffee and apple slices) took a long time to prepare. When I got to the car, I discovered we'd been given an apple pie instead of apple slices. When I went back in and found the same manager, he looked at my receipt, took the pie, handed me a bag of apple slices, and walked off. I wasn't looking for an apology for the mistake and the inconvenience, but it would've been appropriate. On the bright side, the food was great.

Hey! Sorry for the frustrations. We try to answer the phone every chance we get, but unfortunately it gets too busy sometimes and we do not have the staff to step away. A lot of times, especially from our busy hours, we are understaffed but we are trying every day. I'm sorry about the order, I hope they helped take care of you.
Am from out of town and I have never felt so out of place at any McDonald's like I did in Dublin Va . At least the bathroom was clean and but poor service at the counter ..,... Worse thing yet is McDonald's cold french fries even the double cheese burger... And slow at the drive up window.
