Hey! Sorry for the frustrations. We try to answer the phone every chance we get, but unfortunately it gets too busy sometimes and we do not have the staff to step away. A lot of times, especially from our busy hours, we are understaffed but we are trying every day. I'm sorry about the order, I hope they helped take care of you.
I certainly understand your frustrations. This place is usually so busy, answering the phone is really dreaming... My experience there is, pull to one of the special pick up parking spaces and check your order, every time. No, you shouldn't have to do this, but, in the long run it is easier to walk back inside than, discovering that your meal is wrong after you are home and in your easy chair looking forward to that McRib thats not in the bag or the best fries of any place (when fresh,) were made early this morning... Give 'em another try... Its not like the other choices are going to be any better...
