Great staff. Good rooms. My only suggestion is to get rid of the carpets as the room smells like dogs in the room designed for dogs. Install tile which will give the room a much cleaner smell, especially since you charge an extra $75 for dogs so it shouldn't smell like dogs. And it wasn't just me, some guy in the hallway told his wife, this floor (1st floor) smells like dogs. Otherwise it is a well ran hotel with excellent staff. Heated pool which is very nice. Decent breakfast included and a very friendly breakfast staff.

Clean and comfortable place in a good spot off highway. However the maid came in and hour and half before checkout without knocking rudely saying when are yall leaving? I said check outside at noon and she says no 1030 than walks out and slams my door. I called front desk immediately and they only blamed it on her being new. But even new people should have better manners than that and know the check out time.
