The drive through was super long and the guy who took my order didn't explain the 4 for 4 for clearly. They forgot my cheeseburger and I drive away with just fries and nuggets. Not happy.

Service was fast in a long line but fries were barely half full. When I pay for a large I expect a large. Not a small size in a large container.

Of the three times I've eaten here, I have had a poor experience. Biggest complaint is that we order an item. Cashier takes our money. We get our order and it is missing half the items we ordered. Go back the counter and ask for them thinking they just forgot or made a mistake. The employee tell us the are out of those things and that's why they are missing. THEY SHOULD SAY THAT BEFORE THEY TAKE OUR MONEY! I would have prob ordered something else they did have. Instead we end up with half of what we paid for. For example: Ordered a Asiago Ranch Spicy Chicken combo. Was served a plain homestyle. Bun, mayo, chicken. Paid for the extras that come on a asiago.... Get told they don't have all that stuff right now so that's what I get. I would have ordered the much less expensive plain chicken sandwich if he had said something. Kids meals all had missing or substituted items as well. I asked for a refund but he said he couldn't do that until his manager gets back in an hour or so. Leave upset with upset kids.

AMAZING. This is the first time in my life I had an experience at a restaurant so great I had to review them on Google! Miguel and Diego, are two amazing people who gave me an experience I won't forget. That k you guys so much! F*** the other Wendy's in Spanish fork! It's 45 minutes from my house and I will make the trip again worth it!
