The last two times I have come to this location they have really disappointed me with their meat proportions. My second to last time I found literally three tiny pieces of chicken in my Strawberry Harvest salad. This time (picture below) I found 0 pieces of chicken. This place is expensive enough and I can’t stand having to pay that much then not get the ingredients that should come with the dish. Please do better.

Placed an online order several hours ahead of time, and it wasn’t ready until 35 minutes after the scheduled pick up. The cashier was very nice, but I had to sit there and watch people going to the line and having their orders completed way faster than mine. It seems like the issue is that management is only prioritizing people who haven’t paid already, while everyone who ordered ahead had to wait long past due.

The food tastes great, they have a pretty broad selection, and I feel healthy eating here. But, holy cow who knew that soup and sandwiches could be so expensive. I would totally come more often if it could be less expensive, otherwise it’s a quarter of the price to just make it yourself. It’s also pretty crowded because lots of people like the place. Other than that, if you don’t want to cook and have money to shell out for good tasting healthy food, Zupas is a great place. Their try two special is really the best way to maximize your dollar. They struggle with getting their mobile orders correct though. We've had items incorrect many times and one time we had blue plastic mixed in with our sandwich.

This place was great. After driving in a snowstorm the chickpea soup and veggie sandwich REALLY hit the spot. It was clean, conveniently located, and parking was easy. What truly set this place apart was the staff!! It was my first time to Utah and they were so FUN and WELCOMING!
