Purchased a guitar online and they had it ready super quick, both guys working were friendly, didn’t catch there names. Customer service was 10/10, will be shopping here from now on.

The staff has zero personal communication skills. They act like they are rock stars and lack professional personal exchange. It would not hurt to have them take a class in humility, but hey when you work in a store with guitars you gotta be cool...the vibe seems like the moral of the staff is strained..if you ask a question they seem to hurry you because they have something else to do...like unpack a new piece of musical equipment....they have zero appreciation for your shopping or business....in a word the staff has massive egos...silly kids..management....give them some training..and please tell them to quit saying "whats up" every 3 minutes...no more for me

Everyone I talked to and worked with here was awesome. I needed to get equipment (speakers, cables, and mixing board) for my wedding and they helped me plan out what I needed and set me up for pick up and drop off. No stress, very friendly people. Mike and Carlos were super helpful.
