My daughter took her dog there because she was having issues during labor. The staff was rude and showed no sympathy upon arrival. The dog ended up passing after giving birth to all the healthy puppies. The staff seemed to be somewhat friendlier after this happened. They offered cremation for $800, we had it done locally for $175. Just seems some businesses take advantage of the situation, maybe its a set price for the weight of the dog not sure. I called to speak with the manager, she wasn't in so I left my name and number with the receptionist. Of course, no phone call back. Overall, just a bad experience.

The staff at Tri-State Animal ER are very helpful. The wait time to get your pet seen is very minimal. They had my girl Lula in the back and on oxygen within 10 minutes of arriving, and she wasn't critical. For more critical patients the staff will even help you bring your pet inside from your car. They answer all your questions and keep you updated when your pet is in the back. Truly a relief to have this facility in the area.

Thank God for places like this. Our Shadow was having seizures. He had never had them before. But even though we live almost 40 miles from them. They took Shadow right in and kept a good eye on him. Shadow still isn't out of the woods. But at least he has another chance at life due to their kindness and care. Thank You for being there in our time of need.

First time I had ever been there. I got told about them by word of mouth. I went in for a state inspection sticker, and they had me in and out in no time flat. They girls working the service counter were extremely friendly and nice. I will definitely go back in the future if I have any issues, or repairs needing done.
