We have nothing but good things to say about Mountaineer RV! Justin was very helpful over the phone/text and sent us several models that fit what we were looking for so that we could do some research before we made the trip to look in person. Once there, we viewed 5-6 models and was able to make a down payment and schedule an appointment for pick up the following week. Everyone who helped us throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We felt like we were truly part of the Mountaineer RV family and look forward to many years of happy camping.

Dallas Hashman was excellent to deal with and made our first camper purchase one to remember, we have already started recommending him to people we know. Ray was extremely thorough with our walk through, letting us know everything about our camper, making sure we left feeling confident. Not only did he make sure we knew about all the features of our camper, but he made sure to have us listen to the different sounds it would make to reassure us on what to expect. Tori made the finance part simple and easy. Seriously, this place was wonderful to deal with. We had no idea what to expect going into it, but Mountaineer RV exceeded our expectations.

Can not say enough good things about our experience at Mountaineer RV!! Our first visit was just to look, and Justin was so informative and patient with us showing various trailers. He didn’t try to push us into a sale which we appreciated. After deciding on a trailer we contacted Justin, and he was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. This was our first trailer, and he made the process so simple & smooth. The day we picked it up was just as great! Ray gave us a very detailed walk through and tips and tricks; which we needed as first time owners. He answered all our questions and we felt very confident when we left. Lauren helped us with the financial aspect & was very professional and kind. Every person we encounter was so helpful and friendly. Thanks for making our first travel trailer purchase so amazing!

Great experience with Mountaineer RV! Just out looking around, so nice to have friendly, informative, easy going (NOT pushy!) salesman Dallas to answer any questions we had. Found the perfect layout we were wanting in our next camper, and decided to go for it. Everything went smoothly from Tori in finance to Ray & Waylon getting extras installed & everything ready to go for us to take it home. Couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people!

Per guidelines of the state of West Virginia, face coverings and social distancing is required. We also offer curb side pickup, to customers, for our Parts and Merchandise Departments.

Hi Jud. It can be depending upon on the defect. If it presents a manufacturer defect, they may possibly warrant repair or replacement. If it is cosmetic defect, it will not be warranted.
Yes they have a fully equipped shop. They are also working on a mobile shop, call them to find out if it's on line yet.
