Brian from the sales team was excellent as well as everyone we met during our purchase. I like the fact they allow you to inspect your unit before doing the financing/payment piece. We noticed that the A/C was not cold when doing our inspection and they had a tech look at it right away and he was able to correct the issue and he was willing to show us what the issue was (freeze sensor came loose during shipment). I also felt that I was given a fair price for my trade and I appreciate the best offer upfront and not having to play the pricing game.
