As first time RV buyers, Lerch was a wonderful place to buy our first RV. Their no-hassle sales model made it a fantastic experience. From the time we stepped foot on the lot, they answered our initial questions and allowed us the freedom to browse at our own pace without being inconvenienced with pesky sales people. When we did have questions, the sales people were completely honest, attentive, friendly, and patient. It was obvious that they cared for us as buyers and not just looking out for their own sales numbers. The lot was large and inventory (new and used) was spectacular. The sales building was neat, clean, and inviting, with a soda fountain and coffee and snacks. It put me completely at ease. After we chose our RV, we had to take a bit of time to ensure that our truck was in sound condition to be able to bring it home, so after a small down payment, they held the RV until we were ready to finalize the payment. On pickup day, the RV was cleaned top to bottom, any problems or issues were addressed and repaired and the service technician gave us a full walk around, prepped our truck, and answered all of our questions giving us all the time we needed. All in all, Lerch was an outstanding purchase decision with zero regrets. I would recommend Lerch to anybody who is in the market for an RV. Even if you decide not to buy from them, their no hassle-but yet very helpful attitude may impress you. You should absolutely check them out.
