Went to see the new 5th wheel they ordered for us. Gorgeous!!! ***Well all review's and opinions can change over time. What I have learned about Atkins RV since I purchased this RV is that they were all about anything I needed the first month after it was purchased. For a $98,000 camper I expected more than a month of service. We were promised they would help us with anything if a repair was to be done and said they would do service calls on our site. Like I said that ended after the first month. We had several things that needed to be taken care of. We were told to bring it in. I reminded them that we don't have a truck to haul it and that they promised they would help us with service calls. It was determined it had to go in to the dealership. Well reluctantly they came and got it and it sat in there shop all winter, 6 months. They didn't completely finish all the repairs. But there were a lot of excuses. Well we took them at their word and trusted them again. And we also noticed when we would call for questions or problems no one could answer us with out asking Jason (owner) first. Guess who was never around. And nothing was resolved. After a while I started to call Jayco about my problems. Well not owning a F350 truck turns out to be a problem because the last time I called Adkins RV about a service call the guy on the phone said to me when I told them we were told they would do service calls he said they won't and it's not his problem. Never heard from Jason and to this day still haven't. I have reported them to Jayco factory many times and explained they are not a good representative of their product. I have since gone to Irvine's Camper sales for help. I didn't buy it there but they are helping me. Darrin is great and a great service representative of Irvine's and Jayco products. I would highly recommend you NOT depend on Adkins. They will lie to make the sale. And I fell for it. And I let them get away with not giving me a walk around of the camper and explain to us about the computer operations of the whole thing. I learned a valuable lesson, and now paying for it. Please don't purchase anything from Adkins. My purchase was 2020 so this is not recent. I hope they loose their Jayco contract. Awful place to put your idea of a dream camper.
