Their kielbasa will change your life! It is nothing like grocery store kielbasa. PRB also has a huge selection of dry-aged meats, bones and other butcher shop staples which were previously unavailable in Nashville. Friendly quick service as well.

Did a large online order for a few products including their whole brisket. I've cooked briskets for years and was wanting to try the dry aged brisket I've heard about. What arrived was essentially a poorly butchered brisket flat. Flavor was as good as any prime brisket but not worth double the price/pound.

Hog’s heaven! Get it? My weekly stop and stock up.

Yes to all the questions you asked. They also sell stock.
Porterroad.com
They sell hot dogs that you can take home and cook yourself!
Yes. They regularly carry guanciale. Always call to check before going there to be sure it is in stock.
No they do not
Limits on the number of individuals allowed inside at a time. Can text your order and have them bring it out. Masks and social distancing required.
It depends if it was a gift card purchased online or one purchased in the shop. Digital gift cards are for online only. Physical gift cards are for the shop only.
Yes they do make them but need to call and make sure they have some made up
If you're looking for a butch hen that crows that's hard to identify when they're dead. If you mean butchered chicken yes.
They do not sell wagu beef. The beef sold at Porter Road all comes from an Angus cross breeds and is grown by regional farmers.
Always call them for current pricing.
If you mean on site as at that location no it isn't, depending on where it's from; on their web "site" is different, from what I've seen. KLD (one of their farm sources),from what I've seen is generally grain finished, and still about 10 times better than "Tennessee grass fed"s beef. If you're in the store, ask about the meat they've got at that time.
Call and ask
Call them and ask tomorrow.
Call them in the morning and ask
Call when you can tomorrow.
Last year you had to order one. I'm not sure when the deadline is.
They do usually have fresh duck! And with the holidays coming up you should put your order in asap! They will be open tomorrow around 11 I think.
I don't think so but maybe they can get it for you with a special request
They change the products in their marketplace frequently so I would call and ask.
I havent seen eyes for sale but those arent highly sought after commercial products. It might help to call and ask.
Call and ask
May be a week to week thing. I would call and ask.
