I’m from out of state and I was visiting my 30something daughter here in Nashville. I got in her car to get some groceries. I realized very quickly that there were multiple serious issues with the car. I wanted to pull over and call Uber. I didn’t and made it back to her home on a hope and a prayer. We had no clue where to find a good honest mechanic. Well, God answers prayer!!!! I called Roberts Auto Repair and they could hear the panic in my voice. The sweet scheduler worked us in within a couple of days. My daughter and I went in on a Saturday. Robert was there. He listened to my concerns and was positive and helpful (he went out of his way to be kind). He kept the car to evaluate it. He called the same day to report what he had found so far. I had him keep the car until he could get the parts and replace them. I got a thorough report after he completed the assessment of all of my concerns including ac problems. I was shocked at how reasonable the estimate was. I told them to fix it all. That’s where we are now. I’ll update this once everything is done!

I had an appointment scheduled for noon today for an oil change. After waiting for over 2.5 hours I call them and they tell me that they are not able to change my oil… I told them the make and model of the car when booking the appointment. They saw my car and even moved it back into the shop and yet I still had to wait for 2.5 hours just for them to tell me they can’t do it. Absolutely awful place.
