I don't think I can speak highly enough about Polo. Unlike most repair services, he prioritizes keeping his clients in the loop. To use his words, he doesn't treat you like "just another consumer". Literally started off our chat by saying he was sorry that I was having these problems. Polo agreed to take a look at my laptop and didn't even charge for the diagnostics, something two larger services I tried wouldn't do. He had the problem isolated within a few hours (very clearly working into the night to get it done) whereas other services would've taken 3+ days per their terms. He was very up front with his findings and gave me multiple options on how to proceed. Extremely customer oriented, I have never had such a genuinely positive experience with a repair service and DEFINATELY never so responsive to my questions. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone having issues with their PC or laptop.
