They are the bomb! Fixed my phone in under 3 days. Friendly staff and great communication. Definitely will be going there again.

I found these guys on a Google search just over a year ago. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Pricing for services I believe is unmatched. Today was my third visit for computer repair.

Went to Gadget Guru for the first time and fell in love. Gadget Guru: . had great service . Techs were professional and knowledgeable . Only took a few days to repair my device; and . Price was very reasonable. Although The Geek Squad is just up the street from Gadget Guru (who, BTW, recommended them), my tech of choice for quick service and repair is now Gadget Guru.

For the past 8 years, we've been beyond thrilled with Guru Owings Mills. They have resolved and or repaired any of our electronics equipment and devices. This is our first stop for all our computer / tablet issues.

Yes it is. To correct SB's answer, all repairs are completed in-house and no items are sent off for work.
Depends on the model! They have quite a range depending on which one it is. We are open everyday 11-7 feel free to call us and we'll answer any questions you may have!
They will give you a 20 dollar charge to test then if it os more cost effective to fix it then get a new one but it will be pretty good if they can fix it but it also depends on what is wrong
Hi Bryan, We're so glad to know you are happy with your previous repair. We would love to help you out with a battery replacement; but due to policy restrictions and fluctuating part costs, we can not post quotes on repairs in responses. You are welcome to give us a call and we can get you all of the information you are looking for!
Yes, they can probably fix that. Cheap? No. Less expensive than buying a new phone, yes. You should probably call them for pricing, it depends on your phone.
Typically it would be $80 if that’s the only issue. We would prefer to properly diagnose it to make sure there are no underlying issues such as battery or water damage.
You will have to call
You have to call them to get a price
Ok. Will come over to your office.
The price varies depending on the model and what the issues are. Most of the repairs for those typically ranges from $60-150
If it’s the glass that has lifted off the frame then more than likely it is a bad battery that has inflated and pushed the glass out. We would have to take a look at the extent of damage to give a proper quote.
I don't know...call them !
