What a good night's sleep! From check in to check out - I wouldn't change a single thing. Chuck, at the front desk, is a complete GEM. We are relocating with 2 adult kids and 2 cats. Chuck was super helpful -I think he could tell we were a bit road weary. The breakfast was plentiful and had healthy options!! We didn't use the pool - but it was good to know it was there. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable- the boys said their room was also clean and comfortable. We heard a rumor that there is going to be a massive renovation of the property - which is always a good thing! For the price, including the per/pet fee - this place is a solid, budget friendly stay. And Chuck is just fantastic!

Great inexpensive place to stay for the Carlisle Ford Nationals. Very friendly service by Chuck behind the counter. This was the fourth time I've stayed here for the event. Never have any problems.

Positive: Checkin was fast and easy, friendly front desk clerk. Room was clean, easy accessible to interstate, fair rate. Negative: A few minor maintenance issues that did not substantially impact my overally very good assessment. Curb needs painting, elevator floor dirty,flashing overhead lights due to maintenacne issue.

Positive: Location to Chambersburg and Shippensburg was good and Easy access to major highways and restaurants. Negative: Although the room was clean the smell of smoke in the non-smoking room was palpable. Non-smokers like myself and my family find it almost too much, even in an otherwise clean room. The hotel was below average but the room was clean.
