Dr. B is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is quite attentive and patient. I love the no contact visit which they call tele-medicine appointments. His staff send you results of each visit on the Sick app and also if you had any referrals. Very accommodating.

NO No No No to this MD..., I was trying to call this office view time and I get someone/front desk female answered my call. I just want to make an appointment as a new patient and I asked already at first does this MD accept a new patient and give my insurance card info. She didn't answered and she only take my phone # and Health insurance information and wanted to call me back. (?) But, never mind if she didn't reach me back because after I read the negative review, I better move on looking for other physician.

This has literally been the most difficult time I’ve ever had trying to manage my prescriptions. Miscommunication, seeming lack of concern for long periods of time between my running out of a medication and them getting the refill prescribed. They make the patient feel like they couldn’t care less about them.

My wife has visited the Hayward Office on 4 occasion and Fremont office on one occasion. Initially on first visit by appointment was seen by doctor Khan who had coursed a bone density test and mammogram test. All her test were completed more than 2 months ago and after that the doctors office had not contacted my wife. My wife has Obama care, made several attempts to contact the doctor and all attempts has been denied by doctors heartless staff. The answer like always is a NO. These people have no empathy for the patient, and I guess the patients are merely just numbers. I am definitely getting another primary care doctor after today. Poor communication, extremely poor listening and understanding skill, very unhelpful. I bet there are many many more patients who are totally frustrated with their office

Good morning, The Doctor I see is Dr. B. Bhandari. He's a GREAT Gastroenterologist. I've been seeing him now for a couple of decades+. Now speaking for myself, I refuse to see another G.I. Doctor. He's an incredibly great Doctor. Very kind, compassionate, knows his medical field & is a very good diagnostician. He's more than willing to listen to you. He actually engages in conversations with his patients. I often walk out of his office feeling heard & thoroughly understood. I don't always feel that way with my other Doctors. Now, having said that, you must know that he has a HUGE practice. So be prepared to have a bit of a wait. Don't make appointments on the days he does procedures, if at all possible. Mid morning seems about right. Bottom line, I wouldn't see anyone else. But please do your own research. That's when you keep yourself the safest. He's also has a great bedside manner when he comes to see you in Washington or Saint Rose Hospital.
The number to the San Leandro office is (510) 278-1123
Their service sucks big-time all you can do is keep leaving messages and eventually someone will call you back it's awful
Best to call the office, since his schedule changes
