At the time of my appointment to see doctor Ash Jain, his staff asked me to pay a bill for a service that was previously rendered even though I was told that my insurance is accepted and that I have to take care of my copayment and nothing else; I was never made aware of any other financial liability. When I asked about why I need to pay that amount on the top of my insurance, I was not given an answer that makes sense. So I asked to speak to a manager. I was told they do not have one. I tried to let them know that they cannot ambush people like that; they cannot ask people to pay whatever amount of money that they do not expect to pay. Later on they referred me to someone who claimed to be the manager after they denied having one. That person failed to give any reasonable answer to my question. In fact whenever I ask any question about this additional charge that I never expected or made aware of, I was faced with disrespect, animosity and condescension. Further, they made me wait about one hour without seeing the doctor. Many of people who came after me were seen by the same doctor. They only called my name after I objected to waiting for that long. When doctor Ash Jain, who happened to be the owner of that business, came in to see me in the exam room, he was very unprofessional; he did not greet me, and he had a very unwelcoming face. He said: clearly you have a problem with my staff. I do not know who is right or who is wrong but just because you have such experience you need to find yourself another doctor.!! I believe he was not only biased but also retaliated to his incompetent staff. He did not even bother or tried to handle my very high blood pressure at the time.

Dr Hoang is a fantastic doctor. She answered all the questions I had. The medical assistant was also very kind. Highly recommended!

CCCMA has amazing doctors. I have seen Dr Ashit Jain, Simin Siddiq and Dr Lou and they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When I got into a car accident, the doctor knew exactly what I needed to feel better and recover. When I had back problems, I was diagnosed and prescribed meds that fixed me up quite rapidly. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Parking is lame, but Dr Carlson is amazing. Super knowledgable & spends extra time to really listen to his patients. Staff is great too.
