Had a sewage leak in my crawlspace, which apparently ran for few weeks. The guys at Reactic Restoration did not hesitate to “jump” in there, extract all residue, sanitize and prepare the area for a plumber to go in and fix the pipe. In one day. Highly appreciate the work and dealing with such project.

Oran and his crew took such good care of me. I rarely write reviews, but this company warrants a five star PLUS review! I can't say enough positive comments about this company. They were puntual and took care of my problem to my total satisfaction. They are so amazing. I had some leaking pipes underneath my home and it was a disaster! They covered everything that was necessary to cover inside my house to avoid a mess and I will recommend them to my friends and not hesitate to call on them again. Oran and his crew and the office are top notch - all of them!

Water damage travels swiftly and can cause significant damage to nearly anything it touches. Fortunately, it will soon run out. However, you'll want to find out how to speed up the procedure so that you can have your house back to normal as quickly as possible. Depending on the extent of the damage and the drying procedure employed, you might expect an average drying time of five days. However, dry time might take as little as two days or seven to ten days, depending on the situation. Using various drying techniques on wet drywall will expedite the drying process. For example, it will take longer to dry your water-damaged drywall if you solely use air drying. In addition, you can speed up the drying process using different methods and equipment.
Yes! Water damage occurs quickly, and it only takes a few minutes to soak into porous materials and destroy them. Various sorts of water damage will happen within 1 to 24 hours. In addition, the surrounding floor, walls, furniture, and walls become saturated with too much moisture.
It only takes a couple of days for black mold to form and start colonizing. Not taking the necessary actions can cause it to grow and worsen the situation. It can lead to long-term health issues.
