I rented a storage unit yesterday I had excellent service. Last night somehow I lost my keys, silly me. I went down purchased a new lock they cut the old lock off for free in a very timely manner. I think that is excellent service. Place is secure and very clean. I use a lot of storage companies before and I don’t believe I will use any other company but this one now. Thanks guys you’re great

I went yesterday to rent a unit and all I can say is the customer service was incredible! Jax Ulmer was so informative, friendly, and easy to work with. She showed me a 5x15 and helped me understand the lock configuration on the doors and the importance of tenant insurance. She is really the primary reason I love this facility. Highly recommend this spot

My experience at Extra Space Storage has been stellar! Started my interactions with Jax and she has just been incredible helpful and understanding while I got our storage unit setup. She was a huge help and reason why we ended up choosing ESS over a few other storage places—she was very transparent and super friendly. The unit was clean and the facility feels very safe and secure. The app also makes it easy to have access to your code for the gate. Plenty of drive up units which makes loading/unloading super easy. One thing to note is that there are two sides to the facility—one is across the street from the office. Overall we've had a great experience here and that in combination with the pricing was why we chose it.

Super friendly the guy at the counter was extremely helpful and nice. storage facility is nice and clean. Lots of space I have a drive up unit quick and easy access will definitely always come back here when in need for a storage unit. Very quick and easy process too!
