We absolutely loved living at Mill Springs! The only reason why we left is because we bought a home. We could have lived there forever. The pool/facilities are nice and well kept. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful. They communicate very well via an app. The apartment was very comfortable. Updated appliances, and maintenance is on top of everything. We have to have a few things fixed (window was stuck shut) and they came and fixed it next day. The other tenants are really respectful. This place is really dog friendly, and had baggie stations throughout. Move out was very easy. We even caught a mistake in the cleaning fees, and they corrected it right away. Everything runs smoothly here. There are only two negatives. The first negative is that the walls are thin. We were on the second floor, and could hear constant stomping. It bothered my husband way more than me (I’m also a stomper). The second negative is that parking can be really bad. Each apartment gets one designated spot, and the visitor spots are often full with spouses/family members. We would have to rush home just to get a spot! Thank you Mill Springs, for a great year!

If you are new to Livermore, there is no better place to stay in. I loved that place the very first moment I saw it. Apartments are well equipped. Dryers and washing machines are included. It’s close to downtown and shops so you don’t really need a car for a basic activities. The best part of leaving here are the people from the leasing office. They always are happy to help and solve problems immediately. Special thanks to Justyna and Maria. You are my heroes!

I've lived in many apartments all over the country in last 6 years and I've had the absolute best experience here at Mill Springs. The staff, since I moved in (end of August 2016) has been exceptional. They're professional, prompt, they provide clear communication, and they're genuine. They're not the kind of staff that smiles to your face and then talks about you after. Annmarie Vannoy is the kind of community manager I want to take everywhere with me in life. She always addresses my concerns, she offers SOLUTIONS and not just apologies for any problems I may be experiencing, and she is just a great, hardworking, and enjoyable person to communicate with. The apartment complex itself is in a great location. One guaranteed parking space, a lot of guest spots, parking nearby, etc. The pool and hot tub are always clean. The landscaping is maintained very well. Overall just a great place to live.
